About Tony

Iā€™m a life-long student of human nature and love being a therapist ā€” helping others heal, create and . connect. I bring first-hand experience navigating and bridging different cultures. And I work hard to continually improve and fine-tune my skills and knowledge so that I can best serve my clients.

I have a particular passion for helping people explore their identities and relationships, finding their own authentic balance on the continuums of connection and autonomy; risk and safety; and adventure with comfort of the familiar.

In addition to working in several private practice settings, I have clinical experience in community agencies and a university counseling center, as well as leadership coaching in the private sector. I became a therapist later in life, following careers in advocacy, marketing and sales. Both my personal and professional journeys inform my work.
